Anna is a founding Partner of Critical Selection and has been with business since 2005.

She has run teams and recruited across the Automotive industry for the last 15 years. Prior to her career within Executive Search, Anna worked in the Financial Services industry for Barclays Asset Finance and Aviva.

Anna lives in Hertfordshire.

Matthew Barlow

Managing director

Matthew is a founding partner of Critical Selection and has been with the business since 2005.

Matthew has worked in the Recruitment industry since 1995 and has recruited within the Automotive industry since 2007 delivering successful assignments’ across UK and EMEA.

Matthew lives in Hampshire.
