Reporting to UK Corporate Sales Director (solid line) and UK Van & Truck (V&T) Director (dotted line).
This role operates in the UK B2B market and is responsible for driving UK V&T revenue growth. Delivery of this is in three key areas.
1) Revenue : as well as achieving your personal revenue targets you will assist the UK SME, Corporate and Insurance Sales Teams to achieve their V&T Sales Targets.
2) Portfolio Management : understand and influence the shape, size and performance of the UK V&T B2B customer portfolio.
3) Fulfillment : Support and oversee fulfillment of key customer orders and meeting their expectation.
Deliver the UK’s 5 Year V&T EBITDA growth strategy and own V&T B2B Revenue budget
? Deliver personal sales revenue target plus assisting the wider teams to meet their V&T growth targets with a focus on new customer acquisition, order fulfillment and customer retention.
? Work closely with key departments including, Fleet, Operations, RCM, Marketing as well as working closely with the Europcar station network to drive local V&T revenue growth
? Identify new geographical, demographic or sector areas for V&T opportunities. Work with New Business teams and local stations to promote V&T solutions.
? Understand and influence the shape, size and performance of the UK V&T B2B customer portfolio and key underlying KPI’s and metrics (i.e average length of hire, RPD, days etc)
? Play lead role in V&T B2B financial forecasting and budget process working closely with with Sales Performance , RCM, V&T as appropriate.
