The main areas of responsibility are:
Growing the UK Network
- Expanding the network to new franchisee’s
- Growth expectation of the network to be in line with the company strategy
- Target will be to grow by a minimum of 6 locations in 2025 and a further 10 locations in 2026
- Build a robust pipeline of potential Franchisee’s and share with senior management on a regular basis
- Responsible for the end to end implementation for all new locations
- Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure that all new franchisee’s become embedded in the group
- Helping and encouraging existing franchisees to grow
Standardisation
The role requires the development of all current locations
- Ensure that the customer journey and experience is seamless irrespective of the location
- Drive the standardisation of products / service / culture across the UK network
- All locations to have up to date branding / uniforms
- Attend regular site visits to make sure that continuity is adhered to at all times
- Carry out regular audits at each location and cascade the findings to both the Franchisee and UK senior management
Training
- Produce a detailed “play book” for all Franchisee’s which details a full training manual for any new employee
- Arrange for quarterly training sessions to take place at head office for all new starters
- Liaise with HQ on a regular basis to be aware of any new products and services which have been launched so that we fully understand how these can be deployed at a local level
- Mentor local stakeholders from each location

- Systems (Again supported by HQ)
- Sales and development
Candidates
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years operational experience from within the rental industry
- Having a proven track record of dealing with a franchise environment would be desirable
- Credible and tenacious with excellent interpersonal skills
- Is willing to travel across the UK in order to grow / support the UK footprint
