Responsible for identifying and developing specific initiatives / projects to support incremental revenue growth through initiatives, including: sales referral programme, lead generation, cross selling opportunities across the customer base
? Overseeing the management of our tender
submissions to ensure quality and compliance within stated requirements
? Support key stakeholders within the team in developing (and maintaining) our sales collateral. Responsible for liaising with marketing department to refresh content
? Collaborate with senior management to report on sales performance metrics and drive sales performance
? The ‘voice’ of sales on Group CSR/Sustainability panel
? Support our Group Cross border sales product
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
? Responsible for the ongoing measurement of the Account Management team’sperformance to agreed budgets
? Support the ongoing forecasting process to increase accuracy in both input and output utilising both customer insight and internal reporting
? Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommended actions.
? Management of customer reporting
Leadership:
? Management of 3 key team members.
? Lead, coach, and mentor to achieve and exceed targets.
? Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge
? Regular 121’s and management of PDR programme
Customer Relationship Management:
? To monitor adoption of the CRM solution (Salesforce) and report on this continually, recommending actions to support usage and providing guidance and supporting material
? Develop strategies to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Process Optimisation:
? Identify and implement innovative technologies and tools to support the sales team. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
? Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving overall business objectives. ? Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the sales team and across departments.
